Lynda's Blog
Hi Everyone. My name is Lynda and I live in the U.K. I am married and have 2 adult children. This blog is to share my love of books and also to keep track of the books that I have read. A mug of hot chocolate and a good book is my nightly treat. Not a day goes by without me reading. I have always been in a book club as far back as I can remember. The first book that I owned as a child was Black Beauty. As a teenager I read Agatha Christie, Crime, Mystery, Thrillers and also the Classics. I then fell in love with Romance and joined the Mills and Boon book club for many years. My favourite author is Catherine Cookson I have all her books and the DVD’s. At the moment I love to read Memoirs, Biography, Romance and Historical Fiction. I’m not into Science Fiction or Fantasy. I will also be adding more books that I have read over the year's. (I love to read but I can't seem to part with my books so I just keep them. I really could open a book shop! Doing this blog will help me to keep track of the books that I own) My hobbies are photography, scrapbooking, knitting, local history at the moment I am researching my family tree. Thank you for taking the time to call by.
